The machine is engineered to deliver outstanding washing and drying performance for glass, with a functional working width of 2600 mm, all while occupying minimal space. The washing machine consists of three primary stations: Pre-wash, Wash, and Drying.
Silica and Chips removal
During the prewash phase with rinsing water, silica and chips are removed from the glass, ensuring contaminants are cleared before entering the washing area.
Low-E brushes
Brushes with adjustable rotation speed ensure superior cleaning compared to standard options.
Compact and Solid
A highly compact machine, constructed entirely from stainless steel.
Facilitated Access
The upper side of the machine can be automatically lifted of 400mm for inspection.
Glass Transport
Glass transport is synchronized with the upstream process and controlled by an inverter.
