The Francesca FC 2000/2600 is a Numerically Controlled (NC) glass working center designed for drilling, countersinking, and milling on flat glass sheets with thicknesses from 3 to 25mm, including irregularly shaped pieces. It offers a working width of either 2000mm or 2600mm, with no length restrictions, and allows for unrestricted positioning of hole locations
Automated Drilling and Milling Operations
The drilling operation can handle a maximum diameter of 70mm, with larger diameters possible through the milling function. The entire working cycle is fully automatic, requiring no manual intervention.
Automated Management of Drilling Parameters
The NC system optimizes the approach speed of the heads, manages the glass transport feed, drilling speed, and water flow, and adjusts the drill height to account for wear. The operator only needs to input the hole diameter and its coordinates
