The Francesca FC 32M 3300 Mill is a fully Numerically Controlled (NC) glass working center designed for drilling, countersinking, and milling flat glass sheets. It handles thicknesses from 3 to 19 mm, with an optional 25 mm capability, and accommodates irregularly shaped pieces.
VERSATILE GLASS PANEL PROCESSING
- Francesca FC 3300 Mill can load, process, and unload two glass panels at the same time, without requiring intermediate handling.
- The maximum working width is 3300 mm, with no length restrictions (dependent on conveyor sizes).
- It can process either a single glass piece with a maximum width of 3300 mm or two separate pieces simultaneously, each up to 1600 mm wide
- Alternative minimum glass dimensions can be adjusted based on customer requirements.
FOUR ROTATING MULTI-SPINDLE HEADS
The machine features four rotating multi-spindle heads (two on the top and two on the bottom, each with 8 tools) that can operate simultaneously, independently, or in combination across the entire glass width.
